Instructions for downloading and using registration forms.

Step 1: Fill out application form, including product (blocks/aggregates), sizes (e.g. 4 inch blocks, 3/8 inch aggregates), TRN, TCC, and Company Registration Number.

Step 2: Pay required amount for registration at bank/main office/ regional office (or credit card if possible) or mail check to: Bureau of Standards Jamaica, 6 Winchester Road, Kingston 10.

 - $ 5, 000 per size of blocks sold
 - $15, 000 deposit for aggregates (total costs of tests will be provided on submission of application form,  as it is dependent on the sizes for testing)

Step 3: Submit receipt of payment (if paid at bank) to the Finance department at the Head office.

Step 4: Bureau's  staff will collect samples and perform tests.

Step 5: Block Registration Certificate and reports will be available for pick up (or mailed) within 30 days* of sampling (10 days* for aggregates). Certificates will be issued only to those manufacturers who meet the requirements of the standards. A tests report will be issued to all applicants.

             * These times may  vary depending on processing time for Certificates.
